May 2, 2025 – Our Domestic Harmonizer Program (DHP), launched in 2016, empowers schools across the U.S. to transform conflict into opportunities for growth and connection. Rooted in restorative practices, the DHP equips students, teachers, and parents with tools to foster empathy, open dialogue, and collaborative problem-solving. By focusing on repairing harm and building trust, the program helps schools move beyond managing misbehavior to creating supportive, inclusive communities.

Each panelist brought a unique perspective, from program administration and training to direct experience in the classroom. Their insights provided a comprehensive look at how the DHP fosters conflict resolution and positive school climates.
